Horrible place to live, full of drugs, violence, alcohol abuse, Constant cigarette smoking, Not a good place for children, getting woken up at 1 in the morning because a child is knocking on the door asking to spend the night because his household is getting too violent. Broken down Laundry facilities full of dog fur and feces, unprofessional management who will trespass in your space come to your front door cuss you out and is intoxicated all the time. Dangerous environment that has had a history with the fire department due to all the hazardous clutter. Asking for personal information then leaving it for everyone to see your Social Security numbers and bank account, they claim to do a background check yet they have felons living in the park. Electrical hazards all over the property, The electrical bill will be one amount with no explanation than triple the next month. Water and electricity constantly get turned off and will be off for long periods of time. Once you question the bills or anything at all they become combative and demand more and more money. The trees are overgrown and drop so many berries that it’s unmanageable and damages your vehicle and trailer.

We spent three weeks at this “resort” over the Christmas holidays Pros: *the staff was friendly and accommodating *it was peaceful and quiet *there is a pool, some sheep and goats and a “meditation garden.” *Sunday services and weekly bible study conducted on site by the owners. *the office serves as a store offering a few foods, condiments and ice cream Cons: *no bath room or shower for RVers *no cable TV and no TV reception (unless you have a TV service like Direct TV) *no WiFi or internet *no hot tub *no real store or food service *state of neglect and general disrepair (example: the last bench in the “meditation garden” is detached from its base and hazardous to anyone attempting to sit on it) So if your idea of a resort is peace and quiet, religious services, bible study and sheep and goats in a relaxed environment this may be your place. If on the other hand if “resort” implies wifi, cable, bathrooms, showers, hot tub, store or some form of food service and safe seating this may not be.
