All campers are responsible for: Any damage they caused on the campgrounds. Any damage to property that may not be theirs. Property Charges: The park retains the right to charge for any damage to the property, including waterlines, sewer lines, excess trash left in your area, landscaping, roadways, hiking trails, and any of the shared public facilities.
Eviction: Campers who violate any of the bylaws will be asked to leave either immediately or with a 24-hour notice. Refunds: IF refunds are granted, they will be mailed to you. Law Enforcement: Local law enforcement will be called if needed.
The following are considered disorderly conduct: Abusive or threatening behavior. Foul or indecent language. Loud noises from music, voice, machinery, or vehicles. Causing damage to the property or other people's property. Not following the bylaws of the campground. Having illegal drugs or using illegal drugs on the campground.
Pathways: Stay on the pathways that have been prepared for campers. Firewood: Do not cut down wood. Firewood is available for purchase at the office or in the local area. Motorized Vehicles: DO NOT ride ATVs or other motorized vehicles on trails designated for hikers only.
Hours: The hours of the pole barn will be posted. Special arrangements may be made with the owners if need be. Activities: Feel free to stop into the pole barn and work a puzzle or play a game. Games: Games may be checked out.
Bathhouse: Make sure you take your personal items with you. Laundry: Do not leave your laundry more than 30 minutes after your laundry is finished, as someone else may be needing the machines. Shelters: Shelters may be rented out for a small fee. See the office for reservations. Picnic Tables: Picnic tables are for you to enjoy. Please, do not move the tables around without permission from the owners.
Noise Level: After 10:30 pm, please keep your noise level to a minimum. Fire Safety: MAKE sure all fires are put out before leaving or going to bed.
Allowed Animals: Only dogs and cats are allowed. Leash and ID: Pets must be kept on a leash with an ID tag on the collar. The ID tag needs to include the pet's name and the owner's phone number. Waste: Clean up after your pets. Vaccinations: Pets must have all shots. Records of vaccination need to be available upon request. Control: People who cannot control their pet will be asked to leave. Animal Control: Animal control will be called if need be.
Minors: Under NO circumstances may minors be served alcoholic beverages (state and local laws determine this). Public Drinking: Drinking alcohol in the family or public areas is discouraged. Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. There is a NO SMOKING policy in all buildings. Disposal: Put all smoking materials in the appropriate marked locations.
Hygiene: Keep your area clean. Trash: Place all trash in the proper locations. Partying: No extreme partying is allowed. Substances and Activities: No drugs or noxious activities that make other campers' experience unpleasant. Behavior: No disruptive, threatening, or abusive behavior towards staff or campers will be tolerated.
Signage: FOLLOW all the posted arrows. Consideration: Be considerate when coming and going of other travelers. Speed Limit: The speed limit is 10 miles per hour or less.
Cleanliness: Keep your area tidy and clean. External Additions: No traps or outside additions, such as porches or decking, are allowed. Appliances: Use of appliances outside your RV is forbidden. Repairs and Aesthetics: No duct tape, excessive wiring, or unsightly fixing of repairs on the exterior of your RV. Port Connections: Keep all wires and hoses going through the proper ports. Legal Requirements: Adhere to all the property's legal requirements for connections of water, sewerage, and additional hook ups. Length of Stay: DO NOT overstay your time. This campsite is NOT a permanent residence.
