Sargent Shores RV Park

2237 CR 299 (Heron Rd), Bay City, TX, 77414

The Sargent Shores RV Park is located in the beautiful town Bay City and is a great place for a fun yet easy-going Texas vacation. Campers can also head to Sargent Shores for a fun day by the water, with plenty of sand and water for boating, fishing and swimming. If Sargent Shores is crowded, there's always the nearby Colorado River, perfect for fishing, kayaking and river rafting. Campers can also look forward to nearby attractions like the Matagorda County Museum, Le Tulle Park and the Great Texas Coastal Birding Trail for excellent bird watching, hiking and scenic viewing. The Matagorda bay Nature Trail is another excellent spot for nature enthusiasts. And of course, the area has excellent shops and restaurants for visitors to same local crafts and cuisine, and even a market day on the third Saturday of each month. Amenities at the park include: a dump station, patios, showers, restrooms, boat dock, WIFI, laundry facilities, picnic tables, full hookups, 30/50 amp sites, back-ins and big rig access. Hope to see you soon!

Absolutely beautiful place. It is easy to get anywhere in Ouray you want to be. People are very friendly, both the owners and all the regulars.

We Loved this RV Park, friendly staff, very clean park. We loved our spot along the river, I love the photo I got of what looked like a turtle coming out of the water (it was rocks, and I have a vivid imagination). Nice home tour there in Ouray which we walked and we rented a jeep for a great tour of the back country. I remember the tour was at a reasonable cost. Will definitely be going back if we are in the area.

This is a really nice place to visit! The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful! There was a great array of sites to choose from for any kind of rig or camping style (which is a plus to us). We got all of the needs from the many amenities they offered. There were a lot of fun activities to do as well that was not only fun but very relaxing. I personally enjoyed the location as not only was there a lot of great places only a short drive away to eat or shop, there was a lot of beautiful and stunning views from all around! - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
