San Bernardino RV Park is located near the west coast town of Riverside, California and is the perfect place for a relaxing yet adventurous outdoor escape. Whether you're an urban explorer or nature-lover, you're sure to find plenty to experience and see while at the campground.

The RV Park assumes no responsibility or liability for the safety/security of guests or their personal property. Management reserves the right to make changes deemed necessary in these regulations.
All federal, state and local laws must be obeyed at all times. All signs, posted notices and directions of the RV Park Manager must be obeyed.
Absolutely no firearms, fireworks, explosives or weapons of any kind are permitted within any RV, vehicle of any kind or any person at any time.
Guests may use barbecues on their space. Please place the barbecue where drifting smoke will not disturb neighboring RV’s. Fire pits or open flames are not allowed in the park.
Guests entertaining visitors are responsible for the conduct of those visitors while in the park. Extra person fees will be charged if the visitor uses park facilities.
Pets are welcome travelers. A maximum of two pets for short-term guests are allowed. A separate pet agreement must be completed at registration. Aggressive breeds are not allowed under any circumstances. A list of prohibited breeds is available in the office. All dogs must have proof of current vaccinations and registration. Pets must never be housed outdoors, tethered, kenneled or left unattended, for any reason. Pets must be on a leash no longer than six feet whenever outdoors. Any pet droppings must be picked up immediately and disposed of in the nearest trash receptacle. Pets must be kept quiet at all times. Aggressive pets will be required to leave the park. Any guests who do not comply with pet regulations will be required to remove the pet or vacate the park.
All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with a family-oriented recreational facility. Lewd behavior, swearing, fighting, public drunkenness, or the possession , distribution or use of drugs will not be tolerated. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the immediate removal of the guest from the park. The park will also pursue any available criminal remedies. Noise should be kept at a minimum at all times. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Guests are required to obey all posted rules when using public areas or recreation facilities in the park. Areas are available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Household members under the age of 14 should be accompanied by an adult when using any recreation facility or public area. Guests are responsible for all actions and damage caused by household members and visitors of their party.
Laundry and shower rooms are available for guest use 24 hours per day. Codes for the doors are provided at check in. Please keep the rooms clean for the next guest. Your cooperation will make everyone’s stay better. Household members under the age of 14 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian when using shower/ restroom facilities. Laundry cannot be hung on lines, awnings, walls or other outdoor areas on the space or in the park. All trash must be deposited in the dumpsters provided by the park.
Guests are to maintain their space(s) in a clean, neat litter-free manner. Only outdoor furniture and a barbecue may be kept on the space. Storage of toys, trash or any other items is not allowed on the space, or under the RV at any time. Storage sheds, fences and pet kennels are not allowed. Extended stay guests are responsible for the upkeep of their space, including weeding and watering where needed. Landscaping must be kept in planters and not on the space. Ropes, wires, string, etc. may not be attached to trees, fences or walls.
RV’s must be self-contained. RV’s must be 10 years old or newer. Exceptions may be made, at the manager’s discretion, if the RV is of excellent condition and appearance. RV’s must be fully functional and able to be removed from the park at all times. All sanitary systems, plumbing, electrical and gas systems must be in good repair. Sewage and wastewater must be discharged into the park sewer system. RV’s must be clean and painted/waxed. Awnings must be manufactured expressly for installation on the RV. Temporary awnings or carports are not allowed.
The restroom/showers and the laundry room have keyed entry doors. The codes will be provided at check-in; do not issue the codes to anyone.
The speed limit is the park is 5 MPH. Street parking is not permitted. All vehicles must be parked on their space and not extend beyond the curb. Parking on the pads is not permitted. Maintenance and repair of vehicles is not permitted in the park.
All rates include one RV and one vehicle. Additional vehicles may be accommodated, at an additional charge, if space is available. Excess vehicles must be parked outside of park boundaries. Additional vehicles are never allowed in guest parking. Unregistered or guest vehicles illegally parked or preventing access to other spaces may be towed at the owner’s expense. All rates are for two guests. Additional guests must be registered at check-in. Additional fees will be charged for additional guests. Visitors must be registered with the park office. Any visitors in the park after 10:00 PM will be considered an overnight guest and the fee will be charged to the registered guest.
Departure date tickets are provided by the office at registration and must be displayed in the vehicle windshield or a window easily visible from the street.
Changes and Cancellations: Any changes to reservations or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. A cancellation fee equal to the rate for one day will be charged if the reservation is not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival or the reservation is a no show.
All fees must be paid in advance upon registration. Any extension must be arranged for, and paid, in advance. Rates are posted in the office and may change without notice. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. All extended stays require a $250 security deposit, paid by cash or credit card. Security deposit refunds will be processed after departure and any balance mailed to the permanent address supplied at registration. Monthly guests are required to provide thirty (30) days notice of termination of tenancy.
Check–In time is 1:00 PM. Current vehicle registration and proof of insurance must be provided at check-in. Check-Out is 11:00 AM. Guests staying beyond that time will be charged for an additional stay
Length of stay is unlimited upon acceptance of extended stay application.
Regular business hours are posted at the office and are usually 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. After hours, telephone calls will be forwarded to the appropriate party. Guests should call 911 for all medical and criminal emergencies. Should you witness unusual or unruly incidents in the park, please phone the local police before reporting it to the park office.
