GENERAL POLICIES We are proud of Rustic Acres and are excited to welcome you to our RV Resort and Campground. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents, injuries or loss of property of any kind. Keep your stuff secure, be aware of your environment, and be a good steward of the forest. By making this reservation you acknowledge and agree to these terms. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT If you have a reservation, you may arrive and check – in between 2pm - 8pm for RV and tent sites, and 3pm - 8pm for Luxury Tents & Vintage Campers. Check – out is noon. Please plan your travels accordingly so you’re not disappointed if we can’t accommodate you early or late. Check - in at the camp store, located at the entrance to the park. Late check-ins are available only if the guest calls before 7pm day of to make arrangements. Call or text 814-226-9850 for late check - in instructions. Please only setup shop on the site you are assigned. All of our sites are individually booked so you can choose the spot that works best for you. But that means you have to stick to the site you book unless we can accommodate you otherwise upon arrival. We do our best to provide the site you booked. Please know under special circumstances, you might be reassigned to a different site upon arrival. CANCELLATIONS You’re camping in nature. There are trees, bugs, plants, heat, smoke, rain, sun, wind, pollen and a whole host of other natural phenomena that we can’t control. It might be hot…or cold…or both. Use your best judgment to weigh the awesome benefits of being outside here vs. the possible close encounters of the natural kind you might experience. Be prepared and take into account our Cancellation and Change policies as you plan your adventure. Cancellation and Change Policies All reservations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee from the time of booking until the cancellation window closes, at which time the reservation deposit becomes non-refundable and non-changeable. We apply these policies consistently to all reservations. In order to treat everyone equally, we do not make exceptions to this policy if you experience an unforeseen reason for not visiting (e.g. weather, smoke, illness, breakdowns etc.). Consider purchasing a third-party travel insurance to recoup your reservation fees in the event of a last-minute change after our cancellation windows close All Reservations become non-refundable and non-changeable if not canceled / changed as follows: RV, Luxury Tent, Primitive Camping, Vintage Cabin sites: by 3 PM seven days prior to scheduled arrival. CAMPSITES & OCCUPANCY Full hookup RV sites include: water, electric, sewer, fire ring and a picnic table. Water and electric RV sites include: water, electric, fire ring and a picnic table. Please note that Cable and Satellite connections are not available at our RV sites. Free wifi in the campground, the network covers most of the sites, due to our available bandwidth streaming may not be available at all times. Our RV site occupancy is based on one tow vehicle & trailer, or one motorhome & tow vehicle. Please do not park more than one RV on any site. Each site is limited to 4 adults max occupancy (and up to 6 if kids, ages 4 & up included). Tents are not allowed at RV sites. All RVs must be motorized or have a tow vehicle capable of moving the RV when and if required. There is an extra vehicle charge of $10 per night, per vehicle (max 1 extra vehicle, but please check site descriptions as not all sites can accommodate two vehicles). Our Primitive Tent site occupancy is based on one vehicle and 4 adults (families welcome, not to exceed 6 guests per site). There is an extra vehicle charge of $10 per night, per vehicle (max 1 extra vehicle, but please check site descriptions as not all sites can accommodate two vehicles). Our Luxury Glamping Tent occupancy includes 2 cars and two people. Luxury Glamping Tents have one queen bed that can accommodate 2 people, however you can request a cot for an additional child (charges apply). Pets are not permitted in the Luxury Glamping Tents. Our Vintage Trailer “Tilly” occupancy includes 2 cars and 5 people. Tilly has 3 twin beds and a couch that folds out to a full bed. Pets are not permitted in the Vintage Trailers. For most sites, you may bring one extra vehicle for $10 per night (max 1 extra vehicle per site; please check site descriptions as not all sites can accommodate two vehicles). Overflow parking is available on a limited basis. Call ahead for availability. CHILDREN AND MINORS The Camper is responsible at all times for the supervision, conduct, and behavior of any children, and teenagers on the campsite and at the Campground. Anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted to be in use of the RV or to be left in the Campground day or night without parental supervision. Children using any of the recreational facilities or equipment must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Management does not supervise recreational facilities or other areas of the Campground. GUESTS Each site is limited to 4 adults max occupancy at all times (and up to 6 if kids, ages 4 & up included). If you have friends or family in the area visiting, make sure you are not over your site max occupancy, otherwise consider renting an additional site. Guests are permitted to stay two consecutive nights or two nights total for the duration of the campers stay. All guests must sign a waiver at the office prior to entering the Campground and abide by all Campground rules and regulations. All guests must be accompanied by the Camper while at the Campground. Guests are not permitted to bring any animals or pets to the Campground. Guests that arrive with an animal will not be permitted to enter the park unless the animal is an ADA service animal. Campers are responsible for any damage, destruction of property, injury to persons, or any other liability or harm caused by the guest. Campground may charge Campers for any damage they or their guests cause to the grounds and/or Campground facilities, including but not limited to broken waterlines, damaged/missing sewer connections, cable lines, landscaping, and/or litter or debris (bottle caps, zip ties, cigarette butts, etc.) PETS All pets must be registered with Management and have all necessary immunizations and rabies shots. The Camper must provide proof upon request by Management. Only non-aggressive pets are permitted. The Campground reserves the right to refuse entry to large or aggressive dogs. Maximum of 2 pets are allowed at a Campsite at any time. Pets must be leashed and supervised at all times. No exceptions. Excessive barking will not be tolerated. It is the Campers responsibility to supervise and care properly for any pet and to clean and restore any areas of the Campground where mess or damage has occurred due to the pet. Pet waste should be picked up in a plastic bag and disposed of properly in an outdoor waste bin. Pets are not permitted in the camp store or The Hub. Management in its sole discretion may require a pet to be removed from the Campground for not complying with these rules and regulations. BATHHOUSES The bathhouses are provided for the Campers’ convenience. The cleaning staff will provide clean showers & bathrooms. Please be considerate not only to the cleaning staff but to other Campers and help us keep it clean. Absolutely no graffiti, or destruction to the bathroom stalls & showers will be tolerated. Management asks that Campers also be conservative with water and supplies provided. COURTESY AND SAFETY Quiet enjoyment – Campers and/or their pets and guests shall not generate or permit the generation or continuation of any noise or nuisance that disturbs the comfort or quiet enjoyment of any other Camper or guest of the campground. No noise is permitted inside the campground between 9:00 PM and 8AM, (the “Quiet Hours.”). Lawn mowers and other noisy outdoor equipment may not be operated during the Quiet Hours. No amplified music is permitted at the Campground. Generators are not permitted at the campground. Smoking is discouraged and not permitted in any common area of the Campground including The Hub, playground, roads, or bath houses. It is only permitted on Camper’s Campsite. Campers may not walk through or utilize other Campsites, whether occupied or not. Bicycles are only permitted to be ridden on the roadways. They must be ridden slowly and the biker must exercise restraint and control at all times. State law requires helmets for all guests 12 and under. Bicycle riding is not permitted after dark. During special events put on by the park – notice will be posted about the hours and rule exceptions. Campers and guests are required to maintain 5 mph at all times around the Campground. This is for everyone’s safety. Drunken behavior, foul language, or the operation of any vehicle while under the influence, is not permitted at the Campground. In order to not disturb other campers, celebrations and events are not permitted at Campsites. No political flags WiFi Free public wifi is available for all Campers. It is primarily meant for messaging and checking emails. ALCOHOL AND DRUG USE Campers may only consume personal alcoholic beverages at their Campsite. No open containers are permitted in the Common areas. Use of illegal drugs is forbidden at the Campground and will not be tolerated. FIREARMS/FIREWORKS/OTHER RESTRICTED ITEMS Campers and their guests must obey all federal, state, and local laws regarding the ownership and possession of firearms. Firearms are not permitted in any common areas. The only exception is that guests may have a firearm in a locked, private vehicle in parking areas if permitted by law. The discharge of firearms, BB guns, air guns/rifles, or similar devices is strictly prohibited. Fireworks and paper lanterns are prohibited at the Campground. Paintball guns, airlift guns, sling shots, illegal knives, bows and arrows are not permitted at the Campground. Hunting of any type is not permitted at the Campground USE OF THE HUB The Hub is a shared space designed for Campers to lounge and for those to work remotely. Management expects everyone who uses the lodge to exhibit “library behavior” meaning no excessive or disturbing noises. Children are not permitted in The Hub without adult supervision. Any Camper or guest causing a disturbance will be asked to leave The Hub. If asked a second time, Campers will lose their Hub privileges. Everyone who uses The Hub is expected to clean up after themselves. The Hub is not a private meeting or gathering space. No parties or events are allowed in The Hub without permission of management. The Hub is not intended to be used for personal cooking or cleaning.

Rustic Acres is surrounded by wilderness and has two levels of the park.  The top level features the camp store, The Hub - workspace and coffee lounge, and a renovated bath house.  The lower level has the community fire pit, luxury tents, Tilly - vintage rental cabin, and renovated bath house.  A road and walking trails connect the two sections of the park. 
All yellow, pink and blue sites are FHU.  There is a mix of pull thru, back in, 20/30/50 amp on both levels.
