This camp ground is super authentic which for me is the best part! I've only been once, but it was cool camping in a bare tent for the first time. Being surrounded by all those pines was spectacular, and there wasn't too much foliage on the ground which normally makes it hard to move around the actual camp site. Echo Creek runs through the park, and the lake is only a few miles away, so if you go camping for the water activities, I feel like this is a really awesome spot. It's all super picturesque, but if you're like me and didn't go just for the scenery, there's a bunch of stuff to do. I saw some hot air balloons when I went, but if you're balling-on-a-budget, there's kayaking, hiking, fishing and horseback riding to be done. One of the tour guides at the site mentioned a few other activities but I was only there for a few days. I'd definitely check this one out guys! - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
