The people are nice but there is nothing to do.

There were plenty of signs approaching the RV Park advising how to climb the hill in your RV, but once at the top of the hill, there were no signs directing you to the park office. This is because there isn't one. Park is small but the site that I paid a guarantee on was easy to pull in and it was fairly level. It is the first time I have ever stayed at a park with no obvious host or office.

The owner was very friendly and even had a light for us, since we got there at night. The site was nice with electricity and an extension cord. I did not realize that we would right next to an interstate. It was a little noisy sleeping at night in a tent. The restrooms were well supplied with toilet paper and paper towels. The restrooms did have a constant sewage smell and there were bugs in the shower. My son liked the games that were on site and in the shade. The nature trail was neat.
10/8/2024Hey Chelsea, thanks so much for your feedback. The sewage smell in the bathroom is not something I've heard about before, so it must be new. I'll definitely have it looked at and corrected immediately, as I'm not sure what would cause that. As far as bugs being in the shower, we clean the bathrooms regularly, but it is in fact a campground in the woods...and people leave the bathroom doors open all the time. So, that's not something we can ever prevent 100% of the time. But thanks again for staying with us, and we appreciate any and all feedback to help us make the park better!
