Parking & Storage
Need a place to park a camper, boat, trailer, or extra vehicle?
We offer nightly and monthly parking/storage in our designated parking area. This is a great option for registered guests who are traveling with additional vehicles or equipment, or who need a place to store a camper, boat, or trailer.
Please note that all RV site reservations include parking for up to two vehicles/items within the boundaries of your site—for example, two cars, a car and trailer, or a car and boat. Parking or storage for anything beyond what fits within your reserved site must be purchased separately.
Parking / Storage Rules:
- Available to registered Rock'n'Roll RV Park guests only.
- Parking spaces are first come, first served within the designated parking/storage area.
- This is a parking/storage space only. It is not an RV campsite and does not include hookups or utilities.
- No overnight occupancy or sleeping in vehicles, campers, or trailers parked in the storage area.
- Vehicles, campers, boats, and trailers must be in operable condition and reasonably contained within the designated parking area.
- Please make sure all vehicles and equipment are locked and secured. Rock'n'Roll RV Park is not responsible for theft, damage, weather-related loss, or personal belongings left in or around stored vehicles or equipment.
- No repairs, maintenance, dumping, washing, or use of generators in the parking/storage area.
- Parking/storage must be paid for the full period the vehicle or equipment is left on the property.
- Items left beyond the paid reservation period may be subject to additional charges and, after appropriate notice, towing or removal at the owner's expense.
- Please contact us before booking if you have an unusually large vehicle, trailer, boat, or other equipment so we can make sure we have adequate space.

Rules
Monthly Guest Payment & Late Fee Policy
Rent Due Date:
Monthly site rent is due on the 1st day of your monthly renewal date. A three (3) day grace period is provided. Payments received on or before the 3rd day will not incur penalties.
Late Fees:If full payment is not received by the end of the 3rd day, a $50 late fee will be applied beginning on the 4th day. An additional $10 per day will be charged for each day thereafter until the balance is paid in full.
Late fees accumulate daily and must be paid along with outstanding rent before the account is considered current.
Utilities Suspension:
If rent and accumulated late fees are not paid in full by the end of the 10th day, park-provided utilities (including electricity, water, and sewer) may be disconnected without further notice. Utilities will be restored only after the full outstanding balance has been paid.
Notice to Vacate / Termination of Stay:
If payment is still not received by the 15th day, the guest will be issued a Pay-or-Vacate Notice. Failure to bring the account current within the notice period will result in termination of the site agreement and removal from the park, in accordance with applicable laws.
Chronic Late Payments:
Guests who are late more than two (2) times within a six-month period may, at management’s discretion, be required to:
- Prepay future months
- Provide an additional deposit
- Move to week-to-week status
- Or vacate the park
No Waiver of Rights:
Acceptance of partial payment or delayed payment does not waive management’s right to enforce this policy or pursue removal for nonpayment.
Rock’n’Roll RV Park Rules & Guidelines
Welcome to Rock’n’Roll RV Park! To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests, we ask that everyone follow these simple rules.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Music is welcome, but it must not disturb neighboring guests.
Generators are not permitted at any time.
Public intoxication, illegal substances, and loud parties are not allowed.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is at 1:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Late check-out may be available upon request and approval.
Vehicles & Parking
RV sites: Up to 2 vehicles total, including the tow vehicle or trailer. No tents allowed.
Tent sites: Up to 2 vehicles per site.
Additional vehicles: $10/day. Parking is only allowed in designated areas.
Boat and utility trailers: $10/night.
Primitive Camping
Each tent site includes 4 guests. Additional guests are $5 per person, up to a total of 6 guests per site.
Pets
Up to 3 pets per reservation.
Must be leashed at all times, non-aggressive, and fully vaccinated (including rabies).
Pet waste must be picked up immediately.
RV Requirements
All RVs must be in good condition and free of leaks or excessive noise.
Campfires & Cooking
Campfires are allowed only in designated fire rings.
Charcoal and propane grills are permitted.
Do not leave fires or hot coals unattended.
Water, Sewer, & Electricity
Water and sewer hookups are available year-round. Please insulate hoses in freezing weather.
No vehicle or RV washing allowed using park water.
Sewer hoses must be securely attached using an elbow or donut fitting.
30/50 amp hookups available. Surge protectors are strongly recommended.
Wi-Fi
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. Signal strength may vary by site.
Site Cleanliness & Trash
Guests are expected to keep sites clean and tidy.
Trash must be bagged and disposed of in the designated dumpster.
Do not leave food, trash, or pet waste unattended.
Visitors
Up to 3 visitors per site welcome between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
All visitors must follow park rules. Hosts are responsible for their guests.
Length of Stay
Short- and long-term stays are welcome.
Liability & Damages
Guests are responsible for any damages to park property.
Use of park facilities is at your own risk. Rock’n’Roll RV Park is not liable for injury, loss, or damage.
