Roamers' Retreat Campground

WOW, what a nice campground. We had a site (#640) across the street from Lake Huron. Absolutely beautiful. We also had a lovely view of the Mackinaw Bridge. The site was gravel and mostly level. Their cable was very clear and their wifi was also good, but only one user on at a time without a charge. They had showers available, but we did not use them. They also had primitive bathrooms close to our site that were the cleanest pit toilets we've ever seen. However, if you're going to be going in late May/early June, be ready for lake flies.
