I know some people have a problem with Roadrunner RV Park, but most of them of them complain about everything. I’ve been here 4 seasons and love it. Love the owner and family, all the people who park here for the seasons. It may not always be full it’s because she I careful who she lets in, but after reading reviews I feel she should be more particular who she lets in. lol

STAY AWAY.. The owner/manager is the WORST business person I have ever met. She tries to intimidate her tenants with threats of eviction and raising the rent immediately. She has several relatives who are freeloading off her. I feel that is the reason for the increase. The trash dumpster (only one) is over flowing most of the time. The gravel streets are in terrible condition. There's no pool, no functional clubhouse, no kind of amenities. If you question her about ANYTHING, you're told "if you don't like it, then leave." The smell of marijuana on the weekend's is strong. The woman wants $600.00 a month, which are resort prices. The Roadrunner RV park would be considered the wrong side of town anywhere else. It's November and the place should be full of snowbirds, but isn't. She's run dozens of people away with her "My way or the highway" attitude. Not worth the headaches and stress she causes. Stay away.
