Good for an overnight stay. We were going north so had to do a short u turn. Park is very close to gas and a restaurant. We were parked on grass, it was level but quite muddy. Close to highway and a lot of noise all night. Very good wifi.

Thank you for your review. This has been an unseasonably wet Spring and the rains have been consistent nearly every day. Record flooding in our area. We are hoping to alleviate some of the mud with our planned expansion with all spaces on paved surface. Hope to see you again.

This is a great spot! This is not a resort, but it’s a wonderful place to stay nonetheless, whether overnight or longer. If you’re looking for fun things to do at your RV site, this may not be the place for you — at least not yet. New owners/managers Pam and Gene, who took over in March of 2021, have grand plans for the park which were just approved by the city council. It’s a small place, and the spaces may be close, but there are no noisy neighbors or loud parties. Many full-time folks (some are SFA students) and some short-timers, but all are quiet, respectable tenants. We are here for about 5 months as we transition to a semi-nomadic life with our dogs, and we couldn’t be happier. Road noise? It’s close to the highway, yes, but it’s easy to tune out the sounds. The current park has a lot of room for walking your dog(s), and soon there will be a proper dog park, shower facility, laundromat, and many other amenities. (Again, there are new owners with grand designs for the place.) It’s a great place for stopping if you’re passing through, but it’s also a nice place if you need somewhere to post up for longer. Pam and Gene are wonderful people, and Drew is great as the site’s jack-of-all-trades. You will not find nicer folks. Stop in and check it out if you can. You’ll make an instant friend in Pam, and you’ll love your stay.

The campground was nice, the care taker was so kind and very friendly. It was a nice place to stay for parents weekend at SFA. Our spot was a bit narrow but we have a tiny trailer and no one minded out outside shower which makes things so much easier for us. All in all a great place Thanks
