We stayed and just loved it. There is so much to see and do in the area. The park is not real big but it was well laid out.. We had a fhu site for our 40' fifth wheel with four slides and we had plenty of room. Our site was pretty level in spite of the entire area being in the mountains. We only had to use a 1" leveler. The park is well shaded and even though it was fall with beautiful colors in the trees, it was very hot. We never had to turn the A/C on..The Visitor Center in town has some wonderful information on the many things to see and do.. The last big event of the season is the third weekend of October when they have Bridge Day.. About 250,000 come to the area to watch people jump off the New River National Bridge.. Once that is over, just about everything closes down. It is a photographer's dream location because of all the waterfalls, winding roads and grist mills. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
