Terms & Conditions (Agreement Required at Booking)

By completing a reservation at Ridgewood Ranch RV Park & Campground (“the Park”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies apply to all guests, visitors, and occupants.

Reservation & Payment Terms

Rates and policies may change without notice. Providing a credit card authorizes the Park to charge for deposits, balances due at arrival, charges accrued during your stay, and any unpaid amounts at departure. A one‑night deposit is required at the time of booking. All reservations must be paid in full at check‑in. If only the deposit is paid at booking, you authorize the Park to automatically charge the remaining balance on your arrival date. Rates include up to 4 guests and 1 vehicle. Additional guests: $5 per person per night Parking is allowed only on your assigned site’s driveway. Parking on roads, landscaping, or unoccupied sites is prohibited.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before arrival incur a $20 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival forfeit one night’s stay. Cancellations on the day of arrival receive no refund. No-shows receive no refund.

Damage & Cleaning Fees

RV sites must be left clean and free of trash, cigarette butts, food, oil/grease, or debris. A $35 cleaning fee will be charged for violations. Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required in facilities will be charged to the card on file.

Check‑In / Check‑Out

Check‑In: 3:00 PM-5:00 PM Check‑Out: 12:00 PM Early check‑in or late check‑out may be available for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance.

General Rules

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. No loud music, excessive noise, or running vehicles/generators except in emergencies. Speed Limit: 5 MPH. All drivers must hold a valid driver’s license. RV washing is prohibited. No boat parking. No campfires. No glass containers in common areas, including the pool area. Children must be supervised at all times. Bicycles and scooters must be ridden safely and never through other guests’ sites. Riding after dark requires a bike light. Do not feed wildlife (California state law).

Swimming Pool Rules

No lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult (18+) at all times. Proper swim attire is required. No diapers or swim diapers in the pool. No glass containers in the pool area. No running, diving, or unsafe behavior.

Pet Policy

Pets must be leashed at all times and under owner control. Aggressive pets are not permitted. Owners must clean up after pets immediately. Pets may not be left unattended outdoors. Pets are not allowed in buildings or pool areas unless they are trained service animals. Violations may result in removal without refund.

Conduct Policy

Excessive alcohol use, public intoxication, profanity, disruptive behavior, or illegal drug use is prohibited. Guests are responsible for the behavior of all members of their party. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.

Management Rights

Management may refuse service, deny rental, or terminate occupancy at any time for rule violations or behavior affecting the comfort, safety, or enjoyment of others. All guests acknowledge that their stay does not create a landlord‑tenant relationship. Guests are licensees on a temporary stay.

Liability

Ridgewood Ranch RV Park & Campground is not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, wind, flood, theft, vandalism, natural events, or actions of other guests. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to park property. All vehicles and RVs must carry current registration and liability insurance.

Agreement

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all Terms & Conditions listed above.
