Rules

General Policies

1. Speed not to exceed 10 MPH or slower where posted. 2. All facilities to be kept clean and neat as you have found them. 3. No storage of personal items outside of camper without management approval. 4. All pets must be on leash and cleaned up after. No pets shall be left unattended. No pets left outside and no doghouses. 5. No clothes lines on site No hanging laundry outside 6. Must use donut on sewer 7. No use of products containing formaldehyde 8. Checkout time is 11:00 am, If you wish to re-register please do so before checkouttime. 9. No loud or abusive actions at anytime 10. Use trash bags and deposit trash at the end of site 11. No open fires, only in barbeques 12. Boat and utility trailers to be placed in storage area only, one per lot 13. Mail to be picked up at the office

I'm a Canadian Snowbird and bought in 2011. The owner, staff and campers are very friendly and make you feel at home. Lots of activities that you can participate in as you wish. I have made life long friends from across the U.S. and Canada and would definitely recommend this park.

I have been in this park for 18 years and love this place. Very friendly, and the owner tries to be accommodating with-in reasoning.

The review dated 12/5/2018 are the "feelings" of a man about other people. People treat him the way he treats others. Glad he's gone. Now, as far as the park goes, it is small and friendly. The owner lives on the property and work VERY hard to accommodate all the residents. Even the angry man that posted that vile review.

My family stayed at this lovely campground. Not sure why someone would post anything negative about the staff or owner as they were nothing but friendly and helpful. The campers there were also very nice. There were great barbeques and pot luck dinners as well as fun karaoke nights. The clubhouse had just been updated including the rec Hall. The bathrooms were just renovated and we're so bright and clean. This is a wonderful campground with nice lots and reasonable rates.

This park is owned by a man name Frank. He does not know how to keep his nose out of anyone’s Business. His park has a area that is full of Junk and not very plesent on the Eyes. The office manger like the owner can’t keep her nose to herself. I was told last Easter that I was not welcome in the rec hall for Easter dinner because of a problem that was none of his business. So be careful what you say and do in front of any of the Help as it WILL GET AROUND TO ALL. I AFTER ALL THAT Sold my Park model trailer and had it taken OUT of the park and moved to another park now I’m Having trouble getting my money back after paying 3 Month in advance. In closing be very careful dealing with this park

Nice little park in the SE Orlando area.. $30 nite good SAMs small bath house but very clean.fhu no cable no pool wifi free but weak no frills pet friendly activity center with pool table and pot luck dinners weekly. Friendly staff and campers that we met(we're gone most days). Big rig friendly level concrete pads. Plenty pull through. I think it's a 55+ park section of full timers but kept up.
