This is an older RV park so the sites are not the largest. However, the park is fine for our needs. We have a 30' fifth wheel and fit. There are a fair number of motorhomes here also. It is not fancy. It has restrooms which we have not used. It also has one washer and one dryer which we have not used. The location is great. It is right off the Blue Ridge Parkway, close to downtown Asheville, and close to the Biltmore. It has cable and wifi (with a password!). Our Verizon mifi works fine also. There is a train across a small river behind the park. We are light sleepers and do not like trains. However, they do not appear to run at night and the train horn is quite some distance away.
