General Policies

1. All rates are for two (2) people. 2. All reservations must have exact arrival and departure dates. 3. Rent starts on the date scheduled to arrive in your reservation. 4. No specific sites reserved on stays less than 6 months. 5. Management reserves the right to change prices without notice. 6. NO REFUNDS!

Pet Policy

1. Insurance regulations prohibit the following breeds within Quail Run RV Resort for stays longer than a night or two: Pitt Bull, Dalmatian, German Shepard and Rottweiler. This is only a sample of the restricted breeds. A full list of prohibited breeds can be found here. 2. No dogs over 35lbs. allowed. 3. One dog or cat per RV unless additional pet is approved by management. 4. All pets must wear tags, with required proof of rabies shots and other vaccinations at all times. 5. All pets must be on a leash of 6 feet or less at all times. 6. Any pet left to roam will be trapped and turned over to animal control. 7. Pets are not allowed to be tied outside unless you are with them. 8. Kennels, Chains or Tie Downs are not permitted. 9. Walk you pets in the designated walking areas only. When in other areas not designated as dog walking areas please curb your pets. 10. When out with your pet, always carry a bag and scooper with you to clean up after your pet. 11. When walking your pet to and from the walking areas or other locations please keep your pet off of all other sites. Your dog should never be on another persons site without permission from the person on that site. 12. Pets are not allowed in the store, play area, pool area or in any building unless the pet is a certified service animal. 13. Dogs barking day or night will not be tolerated.

California Rv Resort Acton California I was going to write a good review but after talking to the manager things went south. I stayed at the resort for 2 months, December and January and before my second month started, I went to talk to the manager on the 27th in the am to explain that I may not stay for the entire 2nd month. So I ask her what would be best since I was not sure when my company was asking me to report to my new location, she was very helpful and said the best is to pay for a whole month through the 27th of January and any difference she said she would just prorate back to my credit card. Well to my SUPRISE when I called @ 9.55 am on the 24th she explained that I would only get back $50.00 after charging me $1175.00 for the 30 days. I'm sure she will say she explained that to me but she did not! Just for the math 30 days divided by $1175.00 is $39.16 per day. they owe me for a minimum of $39.16 per day for 4 days as she explained this = 156.64 NOT $50.00 They are trying to short me out of $106.64. Integrity is doing the right thing when nobody's looking.

Friendly and helpful staff. Miraculously maintained. Not a lot to do for little kids. Very fast Wi-Fi, close enough to stores, gas stations. $800.00 a month - worth it!!

My family had a very lovely stay here. The staff was so kind and courteous; they even went above and beyond to find us the perfect site (we are a little picky). The park was really nice in design and gave an elegant and whimsical feel, which was very relaxing. Everything was nicely maintained and the facilities were always clean. They had some great amenities for the cost of the park. I enjoyed the activities and events they held, it really made the night for all of us.
