Stayed here for a couple of months while working in the area. the park is nice and has everything you’d want, the one star is only cause I can’t leave a zero star and is solely based on the management. We left on April 10th due to work and was told that we could get that month prorated cause we just paid the rent on the first. The lady at the office was not competent enough and didn’t know how to use the system to refund us our $150 security deposit or how to refund us for the remaining portion of the month. We been going back and forth with the owner/manager for almost two months now and we still have not received a penny back.

Despicable new owners and management!! Raised rates and enforced rigid rules with only 10 day notice to all residents of this rv park. Forced many folks including seniors to leave during the state mandated “shelter in place “ without compassion for long term families, retirees, and mine workers who had lived there for long periods of time. Complaints were filed with the Az. Attorney generals office against them! AVOID THIS PARK!!!

I stayed here for 6 months and the park is a beautiful, quiet place! New ownership and new managers who really care and keep everything in tip-top shape.
