$42.50 per night with Sams discount!! Full service with very close sites - no fire pits ... right in the town of Cody. They have Wi-fi which works pretty well, laundry area, only RV park open until October 15. On a scale of 1-10, I give it a 6 because of the price and close parking. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

Cody, WY - Ponderosa RV Park. 1815 8th Street Cody, WY 82414. 307-587-9203. Open April 15 - Oct 15 (weather permitting maybe more). This is an in-town park with 137 sites – FHUs, level, mostly gravel sites (I saw a few concrete sites), some short, some long, some back in, some pull thrus. Offers AAA and Good Sam discounts. Has a good sized store, clean laundry and bath houses, rec room, picnic tables, cable and WiFi (although it didn’t work well for). We had a long pull thru on the end of a row so we didn’t feel crowded at all. Some of the sites in other rows looked tighter so I recommend looking at a map of the park online before booking and hopefully getting a site you like. We were happy to have a shade tree – not all sites did. We also had a narrow long concrete patio that worked well with our awning. We don’t travel with kids, but I saw a playground. The park also has tent sites, plus cabins and a few teepees guests can rent. The park is close to the awesome Buffalo Bill Center of West, to restaurants and downtown, and on the road to the East entrance of Yellowstone. The staff was helpful and friendly to us. They do not take CC so be sure to have your checkbook or cash. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
