The excitement of Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series racing comes to Bristol, Tennessee twice a year, and Pole Position Campground puts you in the midst of all the heart-pounding action. Next to the famed Bristol Motor Speedway, Pole Position Campground is an easy walk from the race track. Pole Position offers hundreds of 20’ x 50’ level camping sites available in three tiers. Each site offers full hookups with 50 amp electric service and our campground includes a large bathhouse with full shower facilities.  In 2020, the campground will be open March 30th-April 6th, June 18th - June 22nd, and September 13th-September 20th. Rates reflect that campers will be staying for the duration of that time (7 nights, 4 nights, or 7 nights respectively). See you soon!

RV Sites

In 2020, the campground will be open March 30th-April 6th, June 18th - June 22nd, and September 13th-September 20th.  Rates reflect that campers will be staying for the duration of that time.  Please select the entire period of time (7 nights, 4 nights, or 7 nights respectively) even if you plan to arrive late or depart early, as daily rates are not available.

If you plan to join us for more than one event this year, each stay must be requested individually.

Cooler Policy

Coolers brought into the race must be no larger than 14 inches at its longest dimension. No glass containers of any kind are permitted. Coolers are not permitted on elevators to the suite level.

Quiet Hours

The quiet time is from 12:00 midnight to 6:00 AM. We do not allow generators since all sites are full hook up including 50 amp electric service.

Campfire Policy

All campfires must be contained and off of the ground. A good rule of thumb is that the fire must be in a container that has a lid like a grill.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed as long as they are on a leash and under your control at all times. Please also be considerate of your neighbors and pick up after your pets.
