Located on 99010 Overseas Highway Mile Marker 99 Bayside in Key Largo, FL lies the Point Of View Key Largo RV Resort. This big rig and pet friendly RV park includes WiFi, water, sewer, electricity, laundry facilities. You can also enjoy activities such as Volleyball, golf, kayaking, scuba diving, and snorkeling during your stay.
1. Please be advised that Point Of View Key Largo RV Resort is designed for Class A Motor-Coach and Motor-Homes with hook-up pedestals for each site placed on the left (driver side). We welcome Travel Trailers and 5th Wheels, however extensions will be required to reach the services if placing your RV facing the opposite way. 2. Please be considerate of others and act in a safe manner at all times. As our registered guest(s), you are responsible for all persons including children, animals and visitors to your site. Point Of View Key Largo RV Resort is an RV only Resort. Sorry, no Tents or Popups. 3. Speed limit throughout the resort is 5 mph. 4. Check-In 2:00 pm Check-Out 12:00 pm. If you wish a late check-out please confirm availability with the front desk by 10:00 am. 5. All visitors must register prior to going to your site. In order to use the resort amenities, visitors must purchase a “Visitor’s Day Pass” for $15.00 per person. The “Visitor Day Pass” allows access to the pool, beach, playground and Bath House. 6. Motor vehicles to be used on site should be street legal with the exception of golf carts which are permitted. Only battery/electric golf carts are allowed. No gas powered carts are permitted. Proof of insurance is required and a copy must be submitted to the office. All golf cart operators must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Driver’s License. Golf carts must have permanently mounted lights (not flashlights) for night driving. Keys must be removed when golf cart is not in use. Point of view will issue a sticker for registered golf carts that must be visible at all times. Reckless operation of any vehicle may cause eviction of the driver and/or all occupants of the site. 7. Ride-on battery operated toys are not permitted in the resort at any time. 8. Guests are solely responsible for the safe operation of any vehicle(s) operated by guest(s) and/or visitors while on premises. 9. A maximum of two (2) vehicles are allowed to park on lot/site. Parking of additional vehicles or Visitor vehicles shall be in authorized areas only, based on availability – (see Resort Management). 10. No car/vehicle washing allowed on site or on Resort property. Boats can be rinsed in designated areas for registered marina guests. Please conserve water! 11. Noise levels from all sources within your vehicle/guest site must be reasonable at all times. Please be courteous and refrain from loud activities that could affect other guests. Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 7 AM – no music or loud noise. 12. Smoking is prohibited by Florida law in the Clubhouse, office, laundry and restrooms. Do not dispose of butts on the ground – please use proper receptacles located throughout the resort. 13. Personal BBQs are allowed on your site only. 14. Ground fires of any type are prohibited. 15. Fireworks are prohibited by county and state law and are not permitted on resort property. If fireworks of any kind are found on resort property, management has the authority to confiscate them. 16. Water balloons are not permitted. 17. Pool Rules: Posted at pool. Pool hours are 9:00 Am till dusk. Children under 14 must be accompanied AND supervised by an adult. ADA pool lift and lifesaving equipment are NOT TOYS, please do not allow children to play with these items. No loud music, NO GLASS bottles or drink ware, no pets (ADA Service Animals exempt). Babies must wear swim diapers. Changing tables are provided in all restrooms. 18. Marina Basin Dockage/Fishing/Fish Cleaning: Dockage is reserved for registered guests either in their designated slip or at dock transition areas. All boats shall be tied to cleats or provided piers in a manner that does not permit the boat to damage the dock or other boats. All dockage is at your own risk – the resort assumes NO LIABILITY for damages, loss or injuries of any kind. No Boats or jet skis will be allowed to anchor on the bay bottom along beachfront. Please see management for areas for mooring of Jet Skis. The Resort is not responsible for any stolen/lost items. Please do not leave valuable fishing gear, electronics or personal items in your boat or on docks. Water for rinsing boats/engines and filling tanks is available for your convenience. 19. No fishing in boat docking or swimming areas. There are designated fishing areas shown on the Resort map. Please dispose of fishing line properly. Trash receptacles are located at the fishing dock for your convenience. Do not throw bait or fish remains in trash cans. Please watch where you throw your line, keep sharp objects including fillet knives and hooks safely stored, not laying on dock. Please report any injured wildlife to the office. Children must be 12 years or older and be proficient swimmers to be allowed on the docks unattended. 20. Fish cleaning stations will be available in the marina basin area. Please dispose of fish carcasses properly. No fish cleaning is allowed on guest site. No propane fish fryers allowed. 21. Some amenities such as Kayak and boat rentals are individually owned and may not be available at all times. 22. Site Set-up & Outdoor Area: Placement of the RV on the site must be in accordance with the layout of the resort and direction of staff . 23. All motorized water craft and trailers can be stored on the guest site. 24. Factory installed or approved after-market products such as awnings and/or screen rooms are allowed but must be approved before set-up on site. At the end of stay, all items MUST be removed from site by guest. Site must be clear of all personal items as it was before your arrival. 25. Awning mats and/or area rugs should have a finished edge and be designed for outdoor use. 26. One (1) refrigerator/freezer less than 42″ high is permitted outside the RV. Please see Resort Managers for pre-approval of condition and placement. Larger Refrigerators or Freezers will be a $40.00 / month charge. 27. Washers, dryers and stoves of all types are prohibited outside the RV. Outdoor sinks must be pre-approved by office and hard plumbed at your own expense. 28. Outdoor showers intended for rinsing only are permitted and must be pre-approved by office. Absolutely NO toilets of any kind allowed outside of the RV. 29. All registered RV’s must be in good working order and appearance. Management has the right to deny entrance. Only emergency repairs are allowed on site and must be approved by the resort manager prior to proceeding with the repair. 30. Space around and under the RV shall be kept neat and free from rubbish, trash and other items. Do not set up tents for camping/sleeping on your site. 31. Self-standing clothes racks may be utilized for towels and swimwear only. Please use the dryers in the resort laundry facility for drying clothing and personal items. No clotheslines allowed between trees, RV and trees, etc. Dryers can only be used for clean items that have been washed. No sandy beach towels or swimwear! 32. Persons violating Resort Policies are subject to eviction. Being a privately owned resort, we maintain the right to refuse entry and/or the right to evict those who do not observe or violate our policies. 33. Management is not responsible for and assumes no liability in the event of loss due to theft, accident, fire, acts of nature or any other loss including loss of power/electricity, whether it may be personal injury or loss of property. This includes indoor/outdoor refrigerators, freezers or anything contained therein. 34. POV management strives to keep a pleasing, clean and safe resort for your enjoyment. The policies will be interpreted and approved by the Resort Managers and are subject to change without notice. 35. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.
1. Please register all pets at check-in. Aggressive pets and Pit Bulls are prohibited. Check with Resort Management for other breed (or species) restrictions. Maximum two (2) animals per site, however additional small pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis by Management (an additional fee may be required). 2. Pets are not to be left unattended and must be restrained (on a short leash) when outside your RV. Pets are not allowed (with the exception of ADA service animals) in the clubhouse, office, game room, laundry, restrooms, pool or pool deck, beach, the grassy areas along the beach or in landscaped areas (except designated pet areas). Do not wash/bathe pets in the bathrooms or on site. Please use the designated dog washing area only. 3. Please “potty” your pets in designated areas, always have a bag ready, and properly dispose of pet waste in provided containers. Pet walk areas are identified on the Resort site map. Remember, you and your family will walk through these areas too! Clean up after your pet on your site as well. 4. Proof of current vaccinations and registration is required at check-in. No pets will be allowed in the Resort without this documentation. 5. Pet owners whose pets cause a disturbance, or who are bothersome to other guests may be asked to remove the pet from the resort.
