Camp hosts were extremely friendly and helpful with directions to nearby attractions and stores for supplies. The camp sites are quiet and shaded. It is a very relaxing resort.

When I first arrived, the lady greeted me by telling me I entered the wrong way. Even though the signs said to enter the way I entered. There were only three towels and I stayed three nights with two people. There was no fan, no silverware, no paper towels, etc..... at least airbnbs usually set me up with that. Or enough towels to make it through my stay. Then the day we were leaving, one of the property managers(Betty) started out talking to me about my dog. Saying she didn't know that I had a dog with me when I obviously paid for it at check-in. She even asked me my cabin number, I guess so she could make sure. So I sent a text message to the number I was given at check in and they made excuses for Betty's behavior. She wasn't just trying to make conversation just like she wasn't just trying to make conversation when her first words out of her mouth were "u went the wrong way" when I first got there. My suggestion to anybody else is to take it to Ponca. They have lots of options that are better equipped. BOC and lost valley were 100% better at customer service and customer comfort.
