it is a worn out dump that rents to long timers. no heat or counter in bathroom. cold air blew in around the door. there is no electric outlet in the bathroom and it is tiny so the toilet is just inside the door. Pete was friendly. he said the place next door doesn't have showers even though I had called and they assured me they do. No wifi or clubhouse here. Mystery about the phone number matching the neighbor at 17 Los Pinos.
