It's not a big campground, so its walkable to the showers from pretty much anywhere in the park. The last time we were there we stayed in Site 69 and I walked to the shower house in the mornings. The camp host was very nice both times we've been there. There are pet friendly sites, but your pet has to stay in the pet friendly area, even when walking them. Most of the sites are back-ins. We've never had any problem getting into our site and they been mostly level to level. They do fill up pretty quickly. You should make reservations. When you arrive at the campground, you go directly to your site, no check-in.
