Reservations accepted for three (3) month minimum. $250.00 Deposit required. $250.00 Damage / cleaning deposit required. Deposit does not guarantee a specific Park Model. Notify office 5 days prior to departure. On day of departure, turn in keys at Park office. Park Model will be inventoried and inspected. If left clean and undamaged, deposit will be returned. Two registered persons constitute occupancy. All Park Rules apply to Renters & Guests. “No Show” reservations shall be cancelled after 3 days & deposit shall be forfeited. The Park will provide, electric, water, sewer and trash. All other utilities will be the responsibility of the renter.
