I am an owner in Paradise Valley Campground, and my lot (#265) is .57 acres. Lot sizes and access vary. The posts that Chris Hunt addressed in his review were addressed by the Board of Directors, and moved shortly after they were installed. This owner has had his sign, electrical, and landscape driven over several times. We have a 43 ft coach, and would not call this park "Big Rig Friendly". You need to go slow, and negotiate turns. We love it here!

All lots here are owner deeded. I am renting from a owner. Electricity is separate. Lots are small. Owner below us just put up big metal posts on obvious right of way to make it nearly impossible to make a turn without hitting these posts. Not very friendly, glad we didn’t buy a lot here.
