The Pancho Villa park is home to numerous historical exhibits from the battle that happened at this small town in 1916. History buffs and New Mexico enthusiasts alike flock to this site to see the museum which is free for campers, and to experience the remnants of this crucial part of the Mexican- American war. The park is also only a few miles from the southern border, so if you cross, be sure to visit the Pink Store. If you like the iconic desert terrain of New Mexico, you'll especially love this park, and the sights of those beautifully red sunrises and sunsets the area is known for.
