Rv park open year round and near hot springs, big rig friendly, many pull through sites with full hookups 30/50 amp, also back in sites that are nice.. Wi fi with 3 addresses to chose from.. Strong signal, Some trees and owners are adding some more. No tent camping. Sites are close but not tight.. Entire park is mostly level and all gravel for now.. New owners (4-5 months) are trying to upgrade the park and are doing a very good job I might say!! Owners live on site. Close to town with bike/walking trail along the river that runs along the park. Bathrooms are Very clean and laundry facilities are clean an reasonable. Activity room (have planned events )with morning coffee and big screen tv.. The town of ouray has no cable service but I see a lot of direct tv dishes( I don't have one) propane and ice on site 2 levels of cabin rentals available also..
