On The Beach RV Park is located in the beautiful town of Port Aransas, Texas and is a great spot for a fun and relaxing vacation. Campers can look forward to a number of great attractions just beyond the campground including the Mustang Island for great horseback riding, sunset viewing and lazy days by the waterside, Port Aransas Beach, Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center and the Roberts Point Park. There's also parasailing adventures, Lighthouse Lakes Park, Redfish Bay for excellent fishing, Joan and Scott Holt Paradise Pond, Port Aransas Nature Preserve at Charlie's Pasture, and of course travelers can expect plenty of fishing, hiking and sightseeing tours, ATV riding, wind surfing, and a number of great bars and local eateries to enjoy after a long day of adventuring. Amenities at the park include: big rig access, sewerage, WIFI, water, sewerage and electrical hookups.

Edit: I called Pleasant Valley to figure out why my husband's background check was denied and Mara (I believe that was her name) said that she didn't have to tell me why. I told her that the FTC states that she had to tell me the company that she went through to dispute the background check and she said that she had to talk to her management and she would get back to me. I will get back on here to let you know if she contacted me back and if I had to report this company to the FTC for shady business dealings. It is funny how my husband called yesterday about occupancy. He talked to a lady about a background check. Apparently he didn't pass the background check and was charged $25. The lady wouldn't give him a reason why his background check was denied. According to Arizona laws for a background check to be done the landlord has to have a signed rental application and they have to disclose in writing why an application is denied. I suppose she is new at doing background checks considering most of the reviews on here state there never has been a background check before . So, renters beware, I feel like this was a scam to get money when there was no spots available according to a review 6 days ago.
