We are family owned campground since 1968. We're located on the beautiful Cullasaja River just outside Franklin, NC between Franklin and Highlands. We're a family oriented park offering tubing, swimming and gem mining on the river. The park has 85 sites with hot showers and laundry facilities. Give us a call. We would love to have you visit us!

Stayed here once. Once was enough. Too many low class people for my liking. As an ex-Navy veteran of the Gulf War, as well as an OnlyFans model, I’m used to hanging around upper class folk. I’m also an intellectual. I couldn’t find a single person here with an elementary school education to talk politics with. After the first night, I packed my bags, and called my parents for a ride home.

Great 55 plus rv park. About 70 sites with mixed rv and park models. Nice heated pool, clubhouse with activities, resonable rates, no cable tv but limited WIFI access. Jack, Laura and Robin are great hosts and make you feelcwelcome.
