Rules
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed (2 pets maximum) and must be under control on a leash not to exceed 6 feet in length. No aggressive or barking dogs will be allowed. No Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, or Akitas. Pets are not allowed in the clubhouse, laundry room or restrooms. Pets are NOT allowed outside on ropes, chains or in cages or pens at your site, they must never be left unattended. No fenced in areas are allowed. Pick up after your pets in all park areas even parts still under construction. Violators. when caught, will be charged an additional fee of $25.00.
Vehicle Policy
SPEED LIMIT: 10 MPH No damaged, dirty or unlicensed vehicles on site. No car or RV repair is permitted on site unless prior written approval from the office. Washing of vehicles is permitted with the purchase of a pass at the office. Bugs may be removed from the front of your vehicles upon arrival without purchasing a washing permit. PARKING Only one vehicle allowed per site. Additional parking is available upon request. Boat trailers. trailers, etc. must be stored in the storage area.
