New Canyon Campground

The New Canyon Campground is located in Mountainair New Mexico in the Cibola National Forest. Look forward to acres and acres of juniper, ponderosa pine and gambel oaks as well as the fresh, crisp air that comes with such a thick and lush forest. Hit the short but scenic Coal Mine Natural Trail, or carve your own path through the trees whether hiking or mountain biking. Also look forward to picnicking, cave exploration and star gazing. This is an excellent place to immerse yourself in nature and have a peaceful, relaxing vacation.

There are open and wooded sites but no RV hookups; however, you'll be able to find water and toilets. You'll have a great time at the New Canyon Campground; see you soon!
