Rules

General Policies

1. You must check in with the office when you arrive in the park. 2. RVs must be no less than 21 ft. in length and kept in clean, modern appearance. 3. No tents, pop-ups, vans, or truck campers. 4. No storage of boats, trailers, car dollies, utility trailers, etc., are allowed on the RV site. 5. Arrangements may be made with the Resort Office for storage of such items. 6. Quiet time is 10pm to 8am 7. Park speed limit is 15mph 8. Only one RV and two vehicles per site. 9. Smoking is prohibited in rest rooms, laundry room and all buildings. 10. Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash. Pets must always be kept quiet and never be left unattended outdoors. They poop, you scoop. No pets in clubhouse or pool area. 11. No Pit Bulls or aggressive dogs 12. Keep noise to a minimum and respect your neighbor’s area. Please, no trespassing through sites. 13. No parking on, or use of, vacant sites at any time. 14. Garbage to be discarded in dumpsters. No littering. 15. Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and conduct of their children and will be held liable to pay for damages or acts of vandalism by their children. Children under 16 are not permitted to use the pool or any equipment unless supervised by an adult. Children under 12 must be with parents or guardians when visiting restrooms. 16. Obey all rules in pool area. No diapered children allowed in pool. Children must be wearing swim pants. Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. NO PETS ON LANAI OR IN POOL. State law. 17. Clotheslines are not permitted. 18. We do our best to keep tree limbs cleaned up. We are not responsible for damage caused by falling limbs from severe weather conditions. 19. The Management reserves the right to evict anyone for behavior detrimental to the campground and its visitors. 20. RV park management assumes NO responsibility for accidents injuries or losses from any cause. 21. All visitors must register at office. 22. Motorcycles are welcome in our resort only as long as the rider is respectful of the community and maintains a low noise level and obeys the speed limit. 23. Campfires are restricted to completely enclosed fire containers made specifically for this purpose. 24. Absolutely no fires are allowed during State or County burning bans. 25. Only furniture specifically designed for outside use is allowed outside the vehicle 26. No household appliances such as refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, stoves, etc, nor equipment to support their use, are allowed outside of the RV.

Park is great. Nice pool, lots of activities, biking/walking trail to the Gulf. It's in the 'country' but close to many things to do - swim with the manatees, kayaking, Homassassa Wildlife Park, Spring Hill for mall shopping and Tampa is about 1-1/2 hours away. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
