Construction equipment was ripping homes open, spreading toxic dust clouds filled with insulation and possible asbestos. Shaking the ground and the water report was older than two years and I saw water main breaks and no testing just same old water report from two years prior posted up to deceive guests. Residents complained about illegal evictions, health problems from water & air, all ignored by sun communities. Illegal construction for months no permits or inspections for large underground electrical projects and no documentation for illegal contractors & off the books labor too.
