beware lots of druggies/low life scum needs honest management all they care about is filling the empty spaces they do a very inadequate background check and keep letting there druggie friends in getting to be just as bad as Trails West in Madras sure glad we got out of that toilet

manager is very rude and not helpful with tenants who are constantly breaking the rules beware not a good choice they do not support the rules of the Park

We rented a spot for our motor home. We were so excited. We tried to introduce ourselves to the neighbors but they were so rude. Then the nit picking started. We could not do anything right. They finally told us we had to leave. No reason why. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
