Mountain Meadows RV Park will be alerted immediately and will approve your reservation after checking availability.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR APPROVED RESERVATION IMMEDIATELY! We have technical issues with our current website host Rover Pass that have changed the date on their reservations by (1) day. This is not happening on every reservation - just a few here and there which is making it harder to pinpoint the problem. We are doing what we can to get this resolved immediately but if you don't check your dates on the confirmation from both Rover Pass and Mountain Meadows RV Park we will not be responsible if we can not accommodate you because dates are incorrect. Especially from October-May - please email or call us directly at 575-585-3678 to make changes immediately upon confirmation so neither of us have issues. I am so sorry for the inconveinence!
COMING SOON! Water and electric only sites are in! Upcoming plans include 12-16 new sites and a couple of glamping sites are being laid out. We are excited to work on these improvements and still keep our small park quiet and serene!
In the near future we will be adding approximately 15 new full hook up sites to meet the needs of our snow birds! We've got some new and exciting ideas coming our way so keep checking back with us - we want to be the most unique park on your travel list!
Tranquility at it's best! If you are looking for peace and quiet we are where you want to be! Mountain Meadows RV Park sits at the base of the mountains and has great high desert views of the surrounding mountains and great views of the New Mexico sunrises and sunsets! All other parks in the area are off the highway and near the train tracks and we are off the highway approximately two and a half miles and will only hear the highway traffic and trains in the faint distance. Mountain Meadows RV Park is located between Alamogordo/Tularosa, New Mexico and is the perfect base camp for a number of great local attractions. Close to Alamogordo, the campsite offer campers the chance to explore the White Sands National Monument, Space Museum, Cloudcroft, Sunspot, Valley of Fires, Ruidoso, and the Three Rivers Petroglyph Site. Visitors can also look forward to excellent hiking and mountain biking opportunities at the campground and even 2 Pistachio Farms nearby if you like to pick nuts or have a fancy for wine! The campground is clean and well-managed with friendly, helpful staff so know that you'll be well taken care of during your stay.
For club discounts please call us directly at 575-585-3678 and we will be glad to help you or you can apply your membership number in your reservation! We welcome any and all calls and if not answered your call will be returned at our earliest convenience!
Amenities at the campsite include: showers, restrooms, WIFI, water, sewerage, 30/50 amp sites, pull thrus and big rig access. See you soon!
Electricity is not included in the monthly rate. Monthly rentals will require a $100 deposit upon arrival that is NOT included with the online reservation. All sites are full hook-ups and have WiFi. We are a very quiet park with beautiful scenery and tranquility, the highway noise and trains will not keep you awake at our park like the others in the area! The road coming into the park, which is 2-1/2 miles, is a rural community and might make you wonder where you are headed BUT keep coming most people are pleasently surprised upon arrival!

There are many things to do from this general location! Wine tasting, White Sands National Monument, Space Museum, Cloudcroft - explore this small mountain community, Three Rivers Petrogryph, Valley of Fire, Ruidoso - which is a great vistior attraction to include: shopping, horse races, casinos, fabulous restaurants, and great scenery catching elk, deer, and wild horses. It's also a relatively short drive to Captian and Lincoln where you can explore Smokey Bear country and Billy the Kid! Alamogordo has a great zoo, the space museum, Flickinger Theatre which brings in several different varieties of shows throughout the year - Farmer's Markets on Saturday mornings at Tractor Supply - sometimes also at the Alameda Park by the zoo and train depot - Sidewalk party's are held several times a year off of 10th and New York, Car Shows, Gun Shows, Sounds of Freedom air shows, Hot Air Balloon's and you can always look up events through the Alamogordo Chamber of Commerce as there is always something going on!

Debra we are a great Central location to many areas! Walking the dogs out by the arroyo is some of the guests favorite things to do as we don't have a dog park but we have a great area for your dogs to walk/run safely!

Campground Response
I’m sorry that you couldn’t find the park- we’ve never had that issue before and our reflective signs make it very noticeable. We did stay up waiting for you to arrive into the wee hours of the night and we never received a phone call from you that you were having any troubles or issues because we would’ve gladly driven down the road to help you. I can’t imagine not even calling when you had already paid for a 2 night stay.
