Well located, with old and large trees, in a quiet location, on the shores of Lake Champlain. Five stars for the bathrooms and the swimming pool, very very clean and in excellent condition. On the other hand, the sites for passing campers are a little dated and lack maintenance: for the asking price ($90 CAD/day), we could have expected flatter and better maintained sites...

This is a smallish, old and tired campground that has many very old and tired seasonal campers. The management is very nice. If you have a boat, it is a great spot as there is a landing and rentable slips across the street. We had trouble with the septic, as the raw sewage backed up all over the site when we dumped. Found out that the tank had not been prior emptied and without any way to contact anyone after hours, it was a bit smelly and unhealthy overnight. Pretty expensive ($60/night) for what we got compared to others. Bathhouse was clean and well maintained. Sites were not level, and we were in a 36’ Class A.

Our reservation for a one-night stay involved getting a campsite assigned at the time of check-in. The site we got initially was unacceptable to us, as it was adjacent to both a decaying trailer home and a work area of some sort. So we asked for another site, and got it with no fuss. The second site was very nice, with a partial view of the lake beyond the lane, and we enjoyed it a lot. The bath house was clean, but the push-button showers were frustrating (about 15 seconds of flow before another push was required) and only moderately hot. Didn't use the pool, but it looked great. This was a quiet camp, and folks were friendly. We'd stay there again, especially if we wanted to do some boating. Seems like most folks at this campground stay for extended periods, using the adjacent marina with their boats.

Very charming spot on the lake especially if you are also using the marina. Bathrooms/ showers were super clean but shower controls and temp were not pleasant. Quiet at night and people are very friendly. Great staff and nice site.

Spent one night on my way to Canada. Clean and quiet. The utility services are oddly located on the site I was on. The beauty of the campground and the area more than make up for it. We definitely go back given the chance.

Friendly staff. Good value. Buildings and playground need TLC.

The most friendly and laid back campground in the North Country. The cleaniest bath house by far. Kid and dig friendly. Welcoming staff and campers at most campsites. We will be back!!

Very difficult to get to assigned sights, does not allow for longer campers, sites are very tight, as with mine I had to back completely out and turn around and blind side back all the way back in. Sites are not accommodating for long units, utilities very far away, no rest rooms in the camp or night lighting. Dumpster located out of the camp..site was not ready upon our arrival. Not recommend for long units!

Great location and price. Owners and employees are really nice and responsive. Campground has been around for a few years and it shows. However they are always making improvements and updating. Cell coverage (Verizon) is one bar most of the time. Their WiFi is only good at the office, but wasn’t important to us.
