I would leave a 0 if I could. Do not stay here. This place rips you off. When I originally checked in, I checked in on July 8 I was told for a month that it was 650 so I thought that my lot rent would not be due again until August 8 so then I paid another 650. I got some legal trouble. Eventually it was all dismissed but why I was away for a little bit. My trailer was moved. I never gave anybody permission to move my trailer, but the lady here said that they could move it moved on August 12th. I should’ve had some money due back to me when my daughter called about it. She was given the runaround that it’s $75 a night and all these fees and blah blah blah blah no there’s no fees and it’s not $75 a night she was just trying to do whatever she could to keep my money. Somebody needs to practice here because I believe she’s ripped up a lot more people.

They are still in the process of building this park, so this review is based off what we experienced before it was finalized.. Hopefully when the park is finished it will be better. First off there are no hookups for electricity or water, and the charge of $25 plus tax a night for dry camping is a little high (you can get into an RV resort almost same price with hookups). Second - no bathrooms except porta potties located next to ball fields, not by the RV spots (im sure this is probably only a temporary issue) Third - we tent camped and got a nice grass location 😊. However there is NO wind barriers or trees (for shade and wind protection) you are very exposed. It was great being next to fields, and i do look forward to staying again hopefully after it is complete with trees/shade, and bathroom facilities which i heard are in the plans 🤞

Loved the fact we could camp where we played. We showed up late and we were still able to fill our water tank and find our spot. Thanks
