Tenant's in the park are frustrated from the Badgering Management Staff members that have shown a deliberate indifference to their own managing responsibilities to maintain this parks physical integrity. This company claims to provide a Secured Gated community, yet for the last 8 months the North entrance Gate has been removed due to it being damaged by a vehicle. When I asked the Acting Managing office staff right after this damage occurred as to when they planned to repair and restore our Gated community, that staff member replied, "When we get around to it." There it is , " In a nutshell". And BTW......I had to at least rate them "1" star to write this review, but that's too much then this Management deserves to be measured.

Don't stay here. Nothing more than a sometimes gated homeless camp. Staffing is revolving door. Laundry room is gross. Inconsiderate residents.

I stayed here and it wasn't a very family friendly place. The pool was only open s few times and on those days it was only for a few hours. Management was not a nice person at all she wouldn't let my Audlt Daughter swim in the pool, I had surgery and she came from out of state to care for me.. Even though there is a gate that means nothing anyone can get in anytime it's opened. My daughter was.attacked buy aperson that walked in with a car. So I feel that this place is no good for anyone who just wants to kick back.
