I will say this a very pretty park. Very nice place. But the experiance I had with the person checking in campers. Is not good. I was actually helping a customer of mine. With his trucks transmission over heating. An for the safety of every I pulled in to the rv park to let the transmission cool off. We had talked to one guy there. An was super nice. Let my customer use the rest room as office was closed. Was test driving the truck once again to see if transmission was working like it should. An all was good with. So I pulled back into park to turn around an did have a fifthwheel on truck both times. An guessing either owner or manager was very rude when we stopped as my customer from out of state needed to use the rest room. Telling me "the nerve" I had to stop there an use them as a turn around an rest room stop. I understand they are not a rest area. An then told us to not ever bring that trailer back in that park again. I must have been in the wrong in some peoples eyes. What happen to common courtesy. Anyway rant over. I will never set foot at this park again. As I am a fellow RVer also. That man imho gave the name "Texas Star" a bad name

This is a very serene and relaxing place to stay. I really enjoyed the staff, they were so funny, friendly and very accommodating with all of our needs. The sites were rather spacious and there were all kinds for any kind of camping! The facilities were really nice and always clean. The amenities were just the basics but that’s mainly what we needed for camping. The activities were a lot of fun and really relaxing for the entire family. The location was really great as there were a lot of things just a short drive away. Overall we had a really nice time here and I cannot wait to make another trip out here soon. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
