Makoshika State Park

Overview

The Makoshika State Park is a popular Montana spot for its gorgeous views and terrain. The geological rock formations including huge stacked rocks, cliffs and layered stone valleys give this park an almost magical appearance that draw thousands of campers each year. Visitors can look forward to badland formations, dinosaur remains and fossils. Look forward to museums, hunting, hiking and even amateur paleontology.
