Magnolia Farms RV Park is secluded, yet close to all the Gulf Coast attractions such as golfing, fishing, boating, beaches, dining and shopping! Although families of all ages are welcome, the park caters to an adult crowd as there is no swimming pool or playground on the premises, helping to ensure a peaceful setting.

The park features amenities such as: wooden decks, pull-through sites, electrical hook-ups, a new clubhouse, laundry and restroom facilities, large porch perfect for gatherings, WIFI, picnic tables and horseshoe pits.

Attractions

You can also take advantage of local attractions such as the National Museum of Naval Aviation & Blue Angels Airshow, USS Alabama Battleship, Tanger Outlet Mall and the Estuarium at Dauphin Island Sea Lab. There’s also the Historic Fort Gaines,

Bellingrath Garden and the Blakely State Park.

Ours is a serene, peaceful setting. Relax under our spacious porches or our air-conditioned clubhouse. Most of our sites are pull through, full hook-up, with 30/50 service and our facilities are handicap accessible. We also provide Wi-Fi to help you stay connected with friends and family. This is a small park of about 50 RV sites, all FHU 30/50Amp, park is well kept, roads in pk are blacktop, you park on grass & each site has a nice size wooden or cement patio, no cable, but they do have WIFI throughtout park and WIFI is very good. There is a nice clubhouse with tables, lounge chairs & TV, a nice laundry room with 2 washers & 2 dryers & folding table. Friendly manager, good amount of people here for the winter already, everyone friendly. We are here for 6 days Nov. 19th - 25th 2015, pd the weekly rate as it was cheaper. Mgr. was nice enough to tell us that the wkly rate would be better way to go if only staying 5-6 nights. Rates are $30 day, $145. wk, $400. Month + elec. We came to visit friends in Foley & Gulf Shores & would stay here again when in area. Pk is about 1/2 hr from the gulf beaches. The only thing do not follow your GPS to get here as it will take 98 to Lipscomp Rd which is a red clay dirt road part way. Trailer Life directions are good. To get here When going on Hwy. 98 going west go across Hwy 59 keep going on 98 till you get to Hwy 49, go north a few miles on 49 to Mannich Rd, there you will see sign to go left to park. go a couple blocks to park on Lipscomb Rd where it is blacktop by the park. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
