The Lubbock KOA is located in the gorgeous city of Lubbock, Texas, and is a great spot for a fun and relaxing southern escape. Campers can expect fun onsite activities like ping-pong, basketball, drive-in theaters and outdoor swimming. There's also a number of nearby attractions to look forward to like the Museum of Texas Tech University, Silent Wings Museum, the Buddy Holly Center, American Winder Power Center and Museum, The Vietnam center, a ton of wineries, great local eateries and the Lubbock lake Landmark. We've stayed here twice: once early in the year and again in September of this year. Both times, the stay was pleasant, the staff as well, the accommodations very nice with clean restrooms and showers, and you can even get a pint of Blue Bell ice cream on a hot day. I always look for good wifi, as I'm an author and editor and need this for my work, and theirs worked great. Access is very easy, but you do need to take it easy and look for the sign, which is a bit hidden by low branches. Obviously, I'd stay here again - I already have!
