Group Rate

The group rate is 25% discount for reservations with 10 or more sites. Group rate is not available during peak times or on holiday weekends, or for rental units.

Cancellation & Refunds

Refunds are available on cancellations made 7 days or more prior to arrival date. Gift Certificates issued when you cancel 6 days or less prior to arrival.

Deposit Policy

All deposits are required within 7 days of making reservations Peak Time reservations (June, July, August, weekends, and holiday weekends,) require a full payment in advance Off Peak Time reservations require a 50% deposit.

Pets

Pets must be on a leash at all times. No pet should be left at the site alone. There is a pet walk area down by the blackberry River. Please pick up after your pet while out for walks. Pets are not allowed in or around public buildings. We suggest you bring your pets updated rabies certificate with you. Dog stations are placed around the campground for your convenience while walking your dog. Pets are not allowed in or around rentals (except unit T7 and T5).

Check In & Check Out

Check in time is 3 pm Check out time is 2 pm, and 11am for rental sites.

Site Occupancy

Our rates are based on 2 people, with additional costs per person. We allow one family or 4 adults (21 years or older) maximum per site. Family is defined as 2 adults and their unmarried children. Anyone under 21 years old must be accompanied by their parent
