I drove in and right back out the place is a mess and restrooms was very dirty and laundry facility don't work and Pepsi machine out side the laundry has nothing but spiders and webs all over it I almost went past because sign wasn't lit up and almost lost my bumper coming out from a big pot holes coming out ..

Laundry room don't work trees are all dead the sign needs to be re,done and they need a good manager that's not rude and does his job to maintain the park and there's lots of pot holes and there is trash because nobody maintains it and there is a shower that's never cleaned or maintained very dirty they need a good manager and someone to maintain the restrooms and property and it just looks and is Run down needs a lift !

I have tryed to tell randy about the flood / river i have infront of my rv i soent over 800 dollors on filling the hole i did not rent a lake it subsequently flooded again this year it ruined all of my things i cant even get into my truck its knee deep of water i have adressed this issue a year ago and they have done nothing about it ..and they exoect me to pay my rent !! Nope !
