Great little camping spot! The trails were beautiful. Plenty of fun things to do. We will be back!

This is a very nice campground. Very well kept up and clean with options for bigger campers down to tents and seclusion. Overall, a neat little gem in rural ND!

So much fun! The only down side is there is no cell service(which wasn’t a bad thing but would be nice in case of emergencies) and no warning thing in case of bad weather. I would gladly pay for WiFi if it became an option. Because of no cell service it’s hard to look at the radar. Otherwise it was great, clean to! We will be back again!

Beautiful, peaceful little place! I wish we could have stayed there longer.

Very nice place to stay. Brings back memories from when we stayed there years ago. Was hoping by now they would have spent a couple bucks on showers and flush toilets. That is the biggest downfall. Highway noise in the daytime but quiets up nice by suppertime. Toilets were not clean. We drove each night to shower at Clausen Springs 15 minutes away and floors were not clean there but showers were awesome. We will stay there next time.

The grounds, outdoor toilet facilities and shelter are well kept . The shelter was posted as reserved as I requested. The Park is beautiful..I have been coming here as a kid and an a retired citizen now!

I stayed at Little Yellowstone just one night which was my first stay. The setting is really nice and quiet. I was glad for electrical connection on the hot and humid night to run the camper AC. Water was close but not at each site. The restrooms were “not so good.” All in all a good experience.

Very nice and relaxing campground. Our only complaint is that on Saturday afternoon at around 3:30, literally 150-200 side by sides and 4 wheelers came in and parked for about a half an hour. They were a little noisy and left absolutely no toilet paper in the pit toilets. I thought that the park rules did not allow these vehicles in the park.

Campground Response

UTVs are allowed ATVs are not. We would have asked them to leave had we been there.

The park is mowed up very nice, Scott stopped by twice during the weekend, great guy. The only big problem is the RV dump station. What a joke. Build on a hill. The front of my camper was maybe close to 3 to 4 inches lower than the front. Holding tanks don't work that great. Also no water at the dump station

We had no expectations for camping there. It was great with our kiddos, fun little trails and hiking, playing in the little stream there, and playing at the park. We have a camper and stay in the site areas with electricity. But their nonelectric sites were pretty great and definitely a in secluded in the trees experience. Only downside is that our site was right next to the yard light, so night was a little too bright. Fun things to check out in the surrounding area. Great weekend trip.

It was a nice park, but it would've been nice to have access to potable water.

Campground Response

Jo both red handled hydrants are potable water same as I have in my house. Press down on handle spring release will shut off.

What a great little camp ground. So peaceful with the little brook behind camper. The scenery is gorgeous! The highway is rather busy but not a deal breaker. We will diffinetly be back. Thanks so much.

Everything very clean and mowed. I don't like semi noise but in a few years the new trees that are planted will hopefully help that. Love the creek and all the walking trails. Great play area for little ones.
