This was nothing like the pictures online. The place is mostly monthly low income rv units and the manager does nothing for upkeep, tidiness or cleanliness. This place is a dump. I would highly NOT recommend staying here.

Actual park looks nothing like Rover or Facebook pictures. Our site was full of dog poop, razor blades and other trash. Neighbors had a toilet on their site. Clearly a 99% live in campground with questionable activities, domestic disputes, cops and an overall unsafe feeling. There’s a reason they have a pay upfront no refund policy. We left early and stayed at the Galveston Island KOA for $5 a day more than here. I felt unsafe and duped.

The place needs a good cleaning. Wash machines bathrooms and overall cleanliness needs to be addressed.

Pictures on website make you think this is a nice little park. Overall, it served its purpose but it's pretty trashy with mostly full timers in very old beat-up RV's. Standing water on the driveway directly in front of my RV. I was there for 12 days, and it never drained off. Trash was all over the place behind my RV.

It is nothing like the pictures. We reserved our spot and got our confirmation but when we arrived they were booked and tried to put us elsewhere but not refunding our money. Then tried to squeeze us between 2 other units for the same price. The bathroom were disgusting but the manager Rhonda was sweet.

Rien n'y fit. AUCUN REMBOURSEMENT. Nous avions payé 357$ pour une semaine. Ceci est une fraude. HOLD-UP

ease of making a reservation. It is all done online which is nice. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. They have decent amenities. a small pool and little playground for kids. they have a decent laundry and bathrooms and showers. But the site they had for us was not really a site. It was on the side of the road at the entrance to the park. We did not feel comfortable setting up with our door opening to the grass because then our slide out would be in the road with people going past. We felt it could get hit. This meant we had to open our door to the road and be very careful with little kids getting in and out. The traffic was not heavy but people coming and going was very close to our trailer and we could hear every vehicle go past.
