Lazy D RV Park

The lady at the office was very nice and helpful and is the reason I am bumping it up two stars. The place itself is a dump filled with decaying and not very well cared-for trailers, covered in mold, moss, and green algae. Tight, small spots, with barely enough room to get your slides out. The actual check-in/checkout times do not match the ones listed on the website or in the reservation confirmation (be aware, checkout is 9am, check-in is 3pm). Bathrooms looked like the last time they were cleaned was a couple of months ago. Decent wifi.

Just Awful. Last night loud music and parties and some drunk teenager on a 4-wheeler racing up and around for over an hour. People were screaming and the boy on the 4-wheeler seemed to be driving way too fast and erratically obstructing people out dog walking. It does not seem very safe here and the gate is never closed, I am sick and I could not rest. Things seem to be spiraling further out of control. Talking to management about noise, loose and loud dogs, and out of control kids gets lip service. You need cameras at your trailer to watch over stuff. We are just going to give up and leave. This park only cares about money and not the caliber of residents it keeps. Decent people have no chance here at all.

I have been RVing for 30 years. This so called RV Resort is the worst. Actually it’s more of a RV junkyard. Dirty, tall weeds everywhere. Filthy bathroom. Bad WiFi, lost power in middle of the night. No refund policy. It’s a minus 5. STAY AWAY!!!

Manager Jessica is a scared junky that has fights between stacks of teenagers erupt. Police in the park daily. Toilets broken and showers barely work. The pool is green or taken over by wild teens having sex in it. Residents say she allowed a monitor wearing rapist to sneak into the park who is not supposed to be there. This rapist killed 5 dogs in the park. Police had to be called so the manager can no longer sneak him in. This manager "dates" several men from from the park. This RV park is by far the worst we have ever been in.

This is what the manager there does is a scumbag of All sorts watch the video and you'll see and yes I did go file a report at the police station and the police that came there that day even told me that he's a cop calling prick and they don't even like going down there because all he does is complain and changes his story every time and it came from the Hitchcock police's mouth . Anybody was wondering what his name is his name is Dale and he works at the lazy Days RV Park 6202 Delaney road. And now to top it all off he's kicking out my aunt who lives in one trailer and my ex wife who lives in another trailer they don't have nothing to do with this but this is just how much of a racist scumbag piece of crap he really is yeah that's right he kicked out two women and two children because of that which had nothing to do with any of them I don't even live over there I wasn't going over there I came there just to see him and I did and I left and this is what he does he's a true piece of crap and he needs to get fired well anyways you won't let me upload the video but he's a scumbag he attacked me that's all on camera he's getting charges pressed against him he's a homewrecker he's a liar you got caught lying several times and freaked out and that's why he's getting charges pressed against him

This was the worst place I've ever stayed. Restroom had poop 💩 in the toilet the whole time we were there (2 days) the showers were nasty, and the yard needed mowing. Tried to charge me an extra night. No swimming after 8pm. I would not recommend this park to anyone.

Great park and great park manager. Peaceful and relaxing environment.I stayed in one of the rental rooms in the house and I will definitely stay again.

DO NOT STAY HERE a week and a half ago I called here and told them I had a 42 foot camper and they said we have room for it so I Drove 8 hours I pulled in the parking lot and I paid and walked out to find my spot.My camper would not fit in the spot that they had left so I went back inside to talk with the lady that is running the place and she said that she could not Give refund so they scammed me for $550 and Done my working partner the same way For $550 They also own and operate https://littlethicketrvpark.com/
