I will NEVER use Rover Pass again or even consider staying at the Shoshone RV Park. We had a change in plans in our work schedule and tried to cancel the reservation and week before and got nothing but the runaround from Rover Pass and the owner of the park. His voicemail was full and did not now how to empty, did not do email and promised to refund my money. I have texted and called and still have not received anything. I have never had such a horrible experience with a park and we just got home from a 3,100 mile trip and stay in parks every night for 12 days and never got treated this way.
9/25/2024We just reviewed the pending refunds and cannot find any refund/cancellation request for you so I believe you should now have the refund that was requested.

Stayed 8/24-25. Friendly camp manager and much to see in area. But rundown, not well kept. Paid $10 fee to have a dog. Yet the camp host had a dog that ran loose often and two cats that roamed free.
9/1/2023Laurie, Thank you for your feedback. We are actively working on updating the park and area and appreciate any suggestions.
