As we spoke yesterday, no one in office staff was notified about an issue with a washer not working properly. You did put a note on a washer that was discovered by a staff member and you were contacted. To avoid any loss of money, office does need to be notified so we can contact maintenance.

We are not rude or tell people where to park. We help guide people into their lot, so there’s enough space for your vehicle. We don’t want our tree rubbing on your RV or you hit the back of our fence. Every vehicle must be parked in their designated area & can’t be parked in someone else’s lot as yours was. We aren’t prejudice as we are the minority here in our park. The rules do apply to everyone and you’re not the exception. We don’t give refunds per our rules, sign posted in plain view as you come into the office. It also states in the receipt you were given when you checked-in. Our gates don’t have that capability to send us alerts when a guest arrives. Our guests can stay as long as they need to. We tried to explain the rules in detail with you but you didn’t want to hear our explanations. You decided to insult us, by using profanity to the owner and cause a scene in the office. By your reviews that you have put out there of other businesses, no matter what we would have done, it would be very difficult to please you. Also, the damages you caused by leaving the water on & flooding the lot and leaving the sewer cap open from your RV. So the sewage will drain out as you were leaving the park was another reason you didn’t get a refund. Good luck in finding your perfect park…..
