We stayed for couple nights. We could not get into the park in Highlands that we normally go to but were able to get a spot here. This is 10 miles further from our friend at the other end of Baytown. A GS pk we paid $35.10 with disc. & tax per nt. Roads are all concrete, sites are concrete with concrete patios. This used to be a KOA few yrs ago. Sites are roomy not bad pk good WIFI & cable.
